Customers have to send in their old battery so we can open it, refit the new cells and return it to you.
Please send your battery by a secure trackable service as we can not be responsable for any loss while on route to us.
Also note that the Royal Mail will not allow you to send an old battery by post, so you will have to arrange a courier service to send it to us.
